Philosophy
The core is
the physical operating system of our bodies. These large muscles back,
abdomen, hips and pelvis is where our strength and mobility originate.
By maximizing the cores ability to remain strong, and mobile we can
handle the demands of our daily life.
The core is
also an internal functioning system made up of your heart, lungs, liver,
kidneys. This can be described as your detoxification system. Your bodies
ablility to effectively detoxify and support your immune system is critical
to maintain a healthy life. Practicing healthy eating habits strongly
supports healthy detoxification and immune system.
At Core
Fitness Maine we encourage core strength training, internal
support through safe effective diet and supplemental regimen, and the
support of wellness physically and mentally.
My final thought
on the philosophy at Core
Fitness Maine is to honor your mind, body and soul.
We can achieve our goals when our bodies are nurtured, our brains and
all of its functions are honored, and our spirit is granted its individuality.
